DANCE AEROBICS are group classes to burn fat, stretch the body, and inspire freedom of movement. Learn easy and fun dance moves choreographed to upbeat, popular music. Each class is different and may include Hip Hop, Jazz, Line Dance, Street Funk, Salsa, Cha Cha, Bachata, Merengue, and more! Wear workout clothes and fitness shoes or dance sneakers.

Cardio Belly Dance Aerobics is a Belly Dance class that is designed to be more aerobic and fill the need for more, fun, dance-based fitness classes.

Please also visit our Belly Dance class page for Monday and Thursday night classes. While they are dance classes, they provide excellent aerobic workouts for participants.
